Veckring/Hackenberg and St. Avold Field Trip


Here are some pictures from St. Avold.

Between St. Avold and Hackensberg, we stopped for lunch in Metzervisse at Le P'tit Bistrot. The meal was excellent, feature Quiche Lorraine and molten chocolate cake.

 

After lunch we visited the very extensive underground fortifications at Hackenberg, a part of the Maginot line.
