Requirement Review the conditions in the 1930's that led to the outbreak of global war by 1939 and identify the key factors in this slide to war.   Analyzing the current world situation and selected forecasts for the next decade, compare and contract the situations then and now.   Based on your analysis and knowledge of the causes of wars and major crises in the 20th century, give your assessment of the likelihood of a major global war in the next decade. LENGTH:   Nominally 3,000 words (5,000 max!)
