A. WEKA
WEKA is a popular, open‐source data mining software that can be used for the project. Almost all the algorithms and topics discussed in our course are already implemented in this software. The main goal of the course project is to make use of such existing implementations for real‐world problems and datasets. NetworkX: NetworkX is a Python package for the creation, manipulation, and study of the structure, dynamics, and functions of complex networks.Numpy: NumPy is the fundamental package for scientific computing with Python. Besides its obvious scientific uses, NumPy can also be used as an efficient multi-dimensional container of generic data. Arbitrary data-types can be defined. This allows NumPy to seamlessly and speedily integrate with a wide variety of databases.

SciPy contains modules for optimization, linear algebra, integration, interpolation, special functions, FFT, signal and image processing, ODE solvers and other tasks common in science and engineering.
