Indian Masala Noodles

Now get to work:

Cook 1 cup noodle (broken into small bits) in 2 cups water and drain; rinse in cold water and keep aside. Cook veggies in microwave, drain, and keep aside. Heat oil in saucepan, add cumin seeds, onion, garlic, red chilli powder, and turmeric and saute for 1-2 minutes (don't burn it!). Add jalapeno pepper, and crushed tomatoes and stir for 2-3 minutes. Add cooked veggies, cooked noodles, and salt and stir the mix for 1-2 minutes. Add garam masala to the mix and stir for another 1-2 minutes.
Ready to serve!
